1. Data controller
SAVILE SRL, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Belgium, with registered office at Rue de Hussompont 16, 1370 Jodoigne, Belgium, and registered with the Crossroads Bank of Enterprises under number 0712.748.377 (hereafter “ SAVILE ” or " we "), acts as a controller in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation n°2016/679 (hereafter “ GDPR ”) when it processes personal data of (i) customers and prospects where these are natural persons, and (ii) contact persons of customers and prospects where the latter are legal entities, who purchase or intend to purchase a product in accordance with its General Terms of Sale and/or use its website (https://www.savile.boats/ ) (hereafter “ data subjects ” or " you ").
2. Categories of personal data
We process the following categories of personal data: personal identification data (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, address), professional information (position and the organisation where you are employed), financial data (bank account number) and other information that you may have communicated to us.
3. Purpose of the processing
We will process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Conclusion and performance of contract
Legal basis: the performance of the contract that binds us or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Storage period: for the duration of the contract (or pre-contractual relationship) and for a minimum period of five (5) years thereafter, or where a product has been delivered to you, for the duration of the warranty period.
- Marketing : sending out newsletters (by mail or electronically) and generally informing you about our product or services
Legal basis: your consent.
Storage period: as long as you have not unsubscribed or otherwise withdrawn your consent.
4. Recipients
Your personal data may be transferred to processors (such as IT service providers).
5. International data transfer
We will not in principle transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area, but if we do, we undertake to do so in accordance with European Commission's adequacy decision, or in the absence of the same, in accordance with the standard contractual clause adopted by the European Commission.

Under certain conditions provided for in the GDPR, as a data subject you enjoy the following rights: the right to access, to rectify your personal data, to erase your personal data ("right to be forgotten"), to restrict and to object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability and the right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
